My current status please advise: Case # starts 341 I requested a buy back 7/16/25 It is showing case created 4/2/2026 In the stays tracker I have been at level 2 “your case is in review” for a couple months.

When should I expect notification if approved?

I received notification this AM that several of my eligible payments have been reversed and are no longer eligible because I am now not in a qualifying repayment program.

Shoukd I switch from SAVE now or wait it out?

Please share similar stories with outcomes and ANY advice!
