Guy who ghosted me on bumble send an insta request

Matched with a guy on Bumble around 2 months ago. He was a very slow texter from the beginning. I thought maybe that's his texting pattern.

We lived close by and he suggested meeting one day. We met for about an hour, he even walked me back to my place and texted me after. Then things went very quiet.

I reached out a couple of times after that. He would reply, but after hours or even days. A week later, I asked if he wanted to catch up after work. He never replied. Meanwhile, I saw him updating his Bumble profile with new pictures, so after waiting around 2 weeks, I unmatched him.

Now, about a month later, he has sent me an Instagram follow request. I am confused. I haven't accepted his request yet. Why do men do this? Is it a good idea to accept his request?
