MNSSHP Exclusive Food Timing

For those who have been to MNSSHP in the past, are the party-exclusive foods available starting at 7, or do they start letting you get them in the 6-7 hour if you have the wristband? There's an item that looks good for more of a dinner, but I don't want to waste party time eating dinner. I thought that 6-7 hour might be a good time to eat, but wasn't sure if the party-exclusive food really doesn't come out until 7.
