Hi everyone,

I recently had my final interview with Microsoft. After the interview, I was told to wait for about 1~2 weeks.

Exactly 2 weeks have passed, and today I received two phone calls.

The caller had a distinct spoke in English(prob from India). Unfortunately, I couldn't answer the calls.

What concerns me is that I haven't received any follow-up emails or voicemails since then.

1. Is it normal for Microsoft recruiters to call via phone instead of email after the final round?
2. Why would they call but not send a follow-up email after I missed it?
3. Could this just be a random spam/scam call, or is it likely a legitimate recruiter from Microsoft’s global hub?

I'm feeling a bit anxious. Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated! Thank you.
