Women, how difficult is it for you to orgasm and what do you think are the biggest reasons why?

As a man, it seems that reaching orgasm is generally more straightforward for most men. From what I have read, it can be much more variable for women, so I wanted to hear about your experiences.

How difficult is it for you to orgasm during sex or masturbation? What do you think makes the biggest difference? Is it stress, communication, foreplay, the type of stimulation, medications, or something else?

I would also love to know what you wish more men understood about female orgasms. I am asking out of genuine curiosity and to learn, so please share your experiences
