Is there a way to stop a recording manually without deleting the recorded video?

Hi,

I have videos that try to record but sometimes after a video is done it automatically moves onto the next video, so the v the recording doesn't stop.

I only have the stop button available, but if I press that it deleted the entire recording.

Does anyone have this issue and know how to overcome it?
