Has anyone flown Turkish Airlines with cats from Lebanon to Georgia? Is a rabies titer test required?

I'm seeing conflicting information about whether a rabies antibody titration test is required for this route. Some sources suggest it isn't required for entry into Georgia, while the Turkish Airlines website appears to indicate that it may be required. Has anyone recently flown this exact route (or from Lebanon to Georgia via Turkey) with cats?
