Night Managers / Auditors: What is the most frustrating or unorganized part of your shift? 🇺🇸
Hey everyone,
I’m looking to connect with other night shift managers and auditors based here in the US to swap some notes on daily workflows.
I feel like every property handles things completely differently, and half the time we are just left to figure it out on our own while the daytime crew sleeps.
Out of curiosity, what is the single most frustrating part of your nightly routine? Is it chaotic handovers, system audits acting up, or just messy incident tracking?
Also, if anyone is actively trying to move up into a higher-paying management tier right now, what has been the hardest part for you? (The resume filters, interview nerves, or the salary negotiation side?)
Drop your biggest shift headaches below, I’d love to see how your properties handle it. Feel free to shoot me a DM too if you just want to vent about a rough audit night!
