Credit card charges via POS machine

Are there any charges if we pay via POS machine for gold purchase in Tanishq via hdfc millennia and do we get 1 percentage cashback like ae do online transaction? I am thinking because when we do transaction via credit card in atm machine some 500 charges+18 percentage gst is there
