Monitor without a signal

So I've had this build for around a year at this point.

Last night I used my PC normally and today when I try to turn it on all the fans spin but i get no signal to the monitor

I tried restarting multiple times, tested with both of my ram sticks, tried replugging GPU, took cmos battery and put it back in and still nothing.

Its not the monitor or the cable since it didnt give out signal to my second monitor either.

Keyboard, headphones, microphone etc light up normally.

What could cause this and how do I fix this?
