I'm an Irish citizen and I'm thinking of moving to Thessaloniki to study Aircraft Maintenance with AVENG in Thermi? What's the accommodation situation like in Thessaloniki?

I'm an Irish citizen and I'm thinking of moving to Thessaloniki to study aircraft maintenance at AVENG. I'm looking at their EASA Part-147 Basic Training programme at their training centre in Thermi:

I was wondering if anyone here has completed the course or knows someone who has. Would you recommend it?

I'm also trying to plan the practical side of the move. Is it possible to find affordable accommodation near Thermi or elsewhere in Thessaloniki? If so, which websites or resources would you recommend for finding accommodation?
