Flatline is killing me

I’m on day 8 and i’m experiencing flatline i don’t even get morningwoods just at midnight, i don’t know if there will be changes or i’m fucked up for life, if i have to find a doctor or keep masturbating to recover erections i need to know if i still work, please help.
