how does the job seekers benefit taxation work?
basically, I got out of college a year and a half ago. i then went away to travel and live with my family
im now back in ireland and applied for job seekers to help me get back on my feet and find a job
it was rewarded to me but i didnt get rewarded a backdate because my reason wasnt good enough which is fair
i got 254 a week which is standard but I see that in the back it says i may be liable for taxation
i was wondering how that worked? the last time I received a paycheck was probably a year and a half ago and this payment will be my only source of income for now
will i get deducted from the 254€ a week?
