Side effects making me feel like I’m pregnant

I started on 150mg like 2 weeks ago. My main side effects have been nausea and loss of appetite. It is affecting me so much. I haven’t been eating much these days and I’m a little worried because I already lost a lot of weight while breastfeeding (I had a baby 9 months ago), I am a 5’2 woman and I currently weigh 109 pounds. I stopped breastfeeding a month ago and started this medicine 2 weeks ago. The loss of appetite is going to make me lose even more weight. I do get really hungry but then hunger makes the nausea worse. Everything makes me gag. I’m not pregnant I literally just finished my cycle. But oh man these are reminding me of first trimester
