Glimmerbrook and Ravenwood build worlds gone

I’m sorry but I’m not scrolling through tons of forums to find a solution to my issue. I play on ps4 console and both my worlds Glimmerbrook and Ravenwood build worlds are gone after the marketplace update and know there is a glitch deleting copies of worlds but I completely uninstalled the sims 4 base game and all packs and they are still not showing up. I am unable to go to any lots in these two worlds and I paid money for the packs and should be able to use all the features. This is BS
