Are there any antipsychotics that don’t cause akathisia or at least have low rates of it?

Ever since I got an injection in the mental hospital I’ve been walking for 7-8 hours a day. I want to say less than 6 months after the mental hospital I got my dosage of antipsychotics lowered to 2mg of abilify with Wellbutrin to counteract the physical symptoms of the abilify. (I was unable to ejaculate semen. I would still ejaculate but the fluid was clear). I would also like to know if there’s any antipsychotics that make it so you don’t need to take an antidepressant with it.

Anyway I tried being off my 2mg of abilify but I recently kind of went crazy a bit. I don’t hallucinate but I’m kind of paranoid. I ended up treating people around me poorly. I’d like to hear if there’s any antipsychotics that are akathisia proof and don’t cause side effects that you have to take antidepressants for. Thank you.
