False reporting bans account

Guys, what the heck?! I had a perfectly legal banner, which some haters kept reporting. Also got a lot of false reports from losers, for cheating. My account is not banned yet, but my banners have been erased. Ubisoft responds with automated messages and does not investigate the issue. My friends account has been banned for a week for the same reason.

Did anyone encounter a similar problem?
