Your last 2 nap WWs vs your first 1 nap WWs?

My LO is almost 13 months old and we have maxed out 2 naps at 3/4/4.5 with each nap capped at 1 hour. Sometimes he takes 15-20 minutes to even fall asleep for one nap or the other. We are definitely on our way to 1 nap. That said, if your LO is on 1 nap… what was your ending 2 nap wake windows/schedule and your starting 1 nap wake windows/schedule?

PS. My kid has never slept 12 hours uninterrupted at night except maybe one or 2 times ever in his life.
