Does anyone play this game S/SF (Solo/ Self Found) or is it impossible.

I generally don't enjoy trading for things in video games and I dislike virtual markets and dealing with 3rd party sites etc..etc.. How bad does the grind get without trading? Mostly I am asking about getting access to good mods rather then stuff like primes which are going to be heavy grinds without trading. Are drop rates for good things so low that its just not worth it?

I am quite new to the game and I am enjoying the game at my own pace, farming stuff but in ARPGs I tend to enjoy SSF and hate trading based leagues. If trading becomes quite mandatory the further I get in I might re-evaluate if I want to keep playing.

Overall the game is very fun so far.
