Claude Usage Math, how can I optimize better.

Hi, this isn't a oh my usage is running out post, I just wanted to know if anyone else have around same amount of usage.

I've worked out, I mainly use Fable for planning then I use Opus 5 high or extra high, I currently get between 20-25hrs a week of usage. Does that translate to other users? do you run into same amount of usage. I feel I'm planning well and setting up my flows correctly so I don't burn tokens. Just unsure if my usage is over the top or is this normal? means I'll run out in 3 days, I worked out I have to stick around 14% daily, but 100% of 5hr is roughly 20% of my weekly which makes it hard when your working 10-12hrs a day.

Any recommendations on how I can get this more effective and stretch it even more, oh I've also started using deepseek on long tasks coding takes that well planned out, it will make mistakes but I need the tokens and Opus can fix it.
