Cyclone build for 3.29 help

Hey, does anyone have a good guide for Cyclone this league?

Is it even possible to make a fast mapper with big aoe in this build like good old days?

Few leagues ago I saw people playing with One with Nothing Timeless Jewell, now mostly Staff weapon

Appreciate, thanks!
