RG luffy

Hi, I'm pretty new to the game, and since the starter decks have come out there's alot of new stuff going on, I just wanted a little help with RG Luffy that I want to try on the SIM, all the decks and websites are a little overwhelming any decklists/ pointers for this deck would be much appreciated. Thanks
