Lenskart Fraud!

Lenskart made a huge mistake in my specs

They did put my right lenses in left and vice versa

It been 8 to 9 months to this and i realised this when I came to lenskart

Now they are syaing sorry and are ready to fix the issue.

Tell me what legal action can be taken?

I turned into headache

So what compensation should I ask for??

What could be the process?
