Mohela account disappeared

Hi! Is anybody else having their accounts completely wiped out? I can no longer login with my account number or my Social Security number with MOHELA. It used to all be saved and just clicked through on my computer. But I can’t even do any kind of username or password reset because it’s not thinking that I’m alive. I recently had one of my loans discharged and I’m wondering if they close my account? But I still have other active loans. I also cannot figure out how to call because it just dead ended in a loop with no representative option .so any tips on that would be appreciated also! My Fed loan IDR request says to call my servicer so I don’t even know what to do. Thank you all.
