Sephora internship as a sephora worker

Hi! Has anyone here applied for the internship as an internal employee and actually received an offer instead of the automated rejection email?

I'm planning to apply again and was wondering if there's anything specific they look for on resumes or applications. Everyone I know who applied internally received the same automated denial, so I'm curious if anyone has had a different experience.
