Hi, I’m [YOUR NAME], from [YOUR CITY AND STATE]. I’m calling about HHS’s request for information on the DEA’s temporary scheduling of 7-OH. I use 7-OH regularly to manage my severe pain and a ban would be so terrible for me and my life. I’m asking for you to please give us an extension on the public comment time, and ultimately, please do not take away my 7-OH. Thank you.

It’s important to be polite and civil and not take your frustration, fear, or anger out on the person answering the line. Just be direct and to the point.
