RP5 can't sign in to Google Play Store

Hi everyone, yesterday I bought the RP5 and I can't tell you how happy I am with it!

My only issue so far is that I tried signing in to Google Play Store so I can download apps and games, what happens is that it makes me put the email, password and I agree to the terms. Then after that it tells me something went wrong and it doesn't sign in.

Did anyone go through such a problem? And how do I fix it?
