Kidney concerns

Ok guys, when it comes to doctors and your health - are you discussing mold or not?

I am having some distressing urinary symptoms. Since March this has happened 4 times now. I will randomly get the feeling I have a UTI, urinate visible blood/clots in my urine, and then it will just disappear within a few hours like it never happened 🫠

It happened again two days ago but this time I finally had the opportunity to get into an urgent care for a urinalysis at the time of it occurring. I peed a lot of blood and two weird looking things that were not stone-like but some kind of tissue with blood. Dipstick in the office confirmed high RBC, high leukocytes, and high protein - but they called this morning to tell me to stop the macrobid they prescribed because there was no bacterial growth on the culture and it was given because they assumed based on my symptoms that it was bacterial.

I am not out of exposure and I know OTA attacks the kidneys. It could also be a total fluke.

It could be nothing or something so like 🤷‍♀️

I called to self-refer to urology today and I’m awaiting a call back. I just don’t know if I leave it at “I keep having these weird symptoms and idk why” or if I should straight up tell them I’m chronically exposed to mold that is nephrotoxic and I want to explore the possibility that I’m dealing with some kind of kidney damage at this point 🤦‍♀️

What would YOU do? Keep in mind this is after being gaslit by my PCP, my family, my mental health provider etc etc etc.

And furthermore - anyone else out there have any similar kind of urinary symptoms?!
