Where can I get the yokai mount?

I got all the minions and the achievememt, but that guy in Gold Saucer didnt give me the mount. I read that I can get it from a guy in Gridania called Jonathas, but he dont have the mount (I really hope that this is not happening because im at the free trial... 🥲)
