Any PC optimisation solution?

Keep getting constant stutters on new or crowded areas like Lahai Roi and Mengzhou on ultra graphics even tho the settings say smooth. I am not using frame gen and i even set crowd density to medium.

My PC specs:
16gb ddr4
9070xt
Ryzen 5 5600

Memory is contantly near max usage for the game, anyone else have similar issues? I was playing on mac and my brother as well and we encountered less stutter on that platform but everything was set to ultra performance instead. Any known solutions or have to wait for the devs to actually optimise the game?
