Gen Z guests... its true what they say about that generation

Has anybody else experienced this? Ive had a few guests recently in their early 20's. They don't read any information which is sent to them. They don't know how to follow simple instructions. And they usually smoke weed inside despite my property being in a place with an amazing climate.

Is there a way to set minimum age to 28 or something. These kids are fkn stupid.
