Inquiry of my previous surgery.

Hello, I messaged a local recruiter yesterday about my inquiries, but I think they are quite busy. One of my questions is it fine to see a medical professional to have my surgical history documented? I had cleft palate surgery when I was a baby, but the surgery was successful and I have had no functional issues since then. I can speak, communicate, and eat normally without any problems. However, I don't have any medical records from the surgery because I was very young, and I no longer have access to the hospital where it was performed in the Philippines.

Also, I'm currently taking up an EMS this fall term alongside with my Gen Ed classes for my Associates. Is it possible to count it as my credentials? I'm a permanent resident card holder, btw.
