Please recommend a genuinely good hair doc/trichologist. I’m desperate at this point

I’m looking for a genuine dermatologist/trichologist who focuses on diagnosing and treating the root cause of hair loss rather than immediately pushing expensive treatments or packages.
I’ve been struggling with hair loss for years now, and it’s reached a point where my scalp is visible in certain areas. It’s really affecting my confidence.
I’ve consulted multiple doctors over the years, but almost every visit has felt like a sales pitch for PRP, GFC, hair transplants, or other procedures, without anyone taking the time to understand why I’m losing hair in the first place.
I’m willing to invest in the right treatment if it’s genuinely needed, but first I want a doctor who will:
● Listen to my history.
● Investigate the underlying cause.
● Recommend evidence-based treatment instead of unnecessary procedures.
