Dory's Protoype, Mana Stacking, Inquisitor and other questions

I am looking to take my Holy Sweep Inquisitor to the next level. What I want to do is this: Dory's Protoype + Whispers of Infinity + mana stacking.

My plan is to go like this: Divine Flesh + Purity of Ice Sublime & Watcher's Eye for full fire & lightning conversion to cold. Then take MoM & the FF/FF of the Hierophant for 10% MoM and inc % mana to damage.

Reduce my lightning resistance using a misted hellical and a melding of the flesh.

The issue is that I have never done any stacking ever, so I don't really know what mana stacking entails and where to go from there.

My budget is a MB and ~200 divs, but I will farm more as I want to get to level 100 first.

Could anyone point me towards some resources that could help me with this, or maybe offer some pointers? I am sure that I am missing something here.
