Self-love pannalamaa ❤️?

💭 Karuthu (opinion) :hamster:

Guyss, nethu oru post poten just sharing my perspective, and comment section la I saw a few people expressing so much self-hate. It honestly made me super sad. We talk so much about relationships with others, but shouldn't we speak about the relationship we have with ourselves just as much?

Neegaley ungala first love pannala, purinjikala na... vera yaaru purinjipa sollunga?

Self-love is a conscious choice you make daily. It’s choosing yourself on both your good days and bad days. It’s built slowly, step by step. So here’s what worked for me and how you can slowly start loving yourself:

Treat yourself right: For me, I honestly feel I’m the most beautiful woman ever! I wake up every day thanking my body for working perfectly.

Stop comparing with others: Munnadi laam I used to be SO insecure about everything—my hair, my body, my features... basically everything. Surroundings and social media la see girls looking so polished, and reality la I was total opposite. Appo surroundings la compliments kudutha kooda, it just felt good for a second but inner-a I didn’t feel it at all.

Upgrade, don't change: Slowly, I started grooming myself (mind you, I didn’t change who I am, I just upgraded my style!). I started doing skincare—because honestly, taking care of your skin is a form of self-love. Makeup occasionally pannuvaen, but I’m super secure with my bare skin now and I even flex my acne marks.

Identify your insecurities & take it slow: Identify what makes you insecure first, and start solving it. But adhuvey, enjoy that solving process! 1 day la you can't magically change or overly love yourself. Do it slowly.

Try different hobbies: I swear, this is one of the most powerful things for self-love! Sometimes we underestimate ourselves so much, but when you try out new things, you literally surprise yourself. That feeling of discovering your own magic is something else! Neraiya explore pannunga... it's totally okay to learn and relearn.

Enjoy your own company: This doesn't mean cutting off your friends! Of course you need them. But take yourself out alone sometimes. Focus on your inner feelings, be expressive with yourself.

Talk to yourself positively: Mind you, your mind works just like how you feed it! So always be positive to yourself. Life la ups and downs irukkum, but adhuku nu don't judge yourself. Neenga inside-la happy ah irundha, outside la no one can shake you... I swear!

Love yourself a little, guys! You deserve love, and your little heart is precious—so be gentle with yourself. Nothing matters more than YOU.

If this post helps even one person who is struggling, I’ll be the happiest person! (Even if it doesn't, I still will be 😅).

Love you all guys! ✨
