Ask a person with PMDD

I have PMDD

I am very aware that I have this and working hard on it.

Im married 10years and have 3kids.

I thought maybe there are some partners that want to ask questions to someone who has pmdd.

Of course every woman with pmdd is different, but maybe I can clear some things up for partners?
