Victorious J4 is not enabled in Classic, despite being the season 1 reward skin. A lot of the legacy skins are not enabled.

It's a little weird - I can't play as Victorious J4 or Red Card Katarina, etc., despite those skins being very obviously classic-esque.

If I could be annoying about it, I'd suggest that if you actually have any of these old skins and purchased/earned them when they were current, you should get a neat little border in the loading screen.

But, just enabling them would be dope.
