Is Ironman overrated?

No, I'm not trying to ragebait die-hard fans or anything but I kinda think that Ironman is a bit overrated. It was okay till Avengers released and not much of a problem even in Age of Ultron but after Infinity war I noticed that people were watching the movie more for Tony than the Avengers. The craze even climbed up after his death. Personally I think that he is just a narcissistic jerk who has little regard for what others think. What do you think?
