I’ve been using mgm15 for 5 days, when would be a good time to induce subs?

My last dose of mgm was 16 hours ago, took a 12mg tablet. Was doing good just using plain leaf and stumbled upon a shop that still had some in stock and relapsed, ending up using mgm for 5 days again only using about 30+mg/day for that time. FWIW I used methadone/H for most of July, but the last week I was using purely plain leaf Kratom. So my tolly was low then used MGM for 5 days then got prescribed subs cause I feel like I just want off. When would be a good time to induce subs, they’re the sublingual formula of 8mg bupe and 2mg nalox
