Should I install and mod Morrowind now or wait until Poison Song?

It's that time again: time to reinstall and mod Morrowind. Last year I had a blast with One Day Modernization OpenMW 0.49 and the excellent mod Bardcraft.

Now, as Tamriel Rebuilt is soon to be updated with Poison Song, I got the itch again. Should I do it now, or wait until poison song? Is it easy to update Tamriel Rebuilt in a fully modded game?
