What is the status of everything after Scandoval?

Hi everyone,

I've watched VPR since it begun airing (RHOBH fan) and I remember Scandoval shocking me to the core. It was all my mum and I spoke about for weeks. I was actually kinda checked out of the show following Season 9 but was hooked back in when this came out. I recently finished a full rewatch, which was interesting with my now 29 year old brain.. anyway if I try to search on here, there are hundreds of posts and it's hard to follow along.

I am wondering, post-Scandoval - what is/was the fallout timeline?

From what I am aware and/or unaware of:
- Rachel sued Tom and Ariana - is this still active? Has there been any conclusion? I believe the house is now sold and I've followed Ariana's incredibly journey following this awful event.

- Scumdoval was in a long term(?) relationship with a woman and there are allegations of physical abuse and evidence of him pushing her father in to a fire pit? Is there any lawsuit there?

- Schwartz and Sandy's closed down but only as recently as last year. Is there any idea on how much money they lost/made on that venture?

- What is Schwartz doing? Katie seems to be in a super loving relationship (with a guy from one of my fave childhood bands - living the dream! she was born to be a rockstar's partner). Do Katie and Schwartz have anything to do with each other?

- The Valley.. is it worth watching? I've never tried it. I believe Scheana, Kristen and Brittany are on it. Scheana was so diabolical in the last season that I don't know if I can stand to consume media with her in it.

- Rachel is doing sound bath events? Odd because in Season 10 she goes with Schwartz in S&S to do a sound bath. Does she speak about any of this now?

- Schwartz and Rachel.. he surely knew? Has he ever confirmed? Why did she pursue him? Was it as cover, or to make Scumdoval jealous? Sooo many questions.

- Do we have an actual timeline of the affair? I have always assumed it went on longer than claimed in the show. Their relationship, especially on rewatch, in the earlier episodes of the season is just so suspicious. From what I can remember, they claimed it happened post-Charlotte's death (which is so awful when Rachel is comforting her).

Also side note but Rachel and Oliver's arc in Season 10 is so confusing to me. Rachel makes a huge deal out of being labelled a mistress, which she (I think anyway) at that point was with Scumdoval. How did they think this would play out? Tom would break up with Ariana and then they'd pretend to get together randomly a certain time later. I'm not sure if she's stupid or naive but making all the statements she does during this season is embarrassing considering what was going on. The matching necklaces, the butt slap in Mexico, her pursuing other guys.. what a mess. I know with affairs, people often go too hard on the other woman but her fake closeness to Ariana this entire season makes me sick. I would be so destroyed if a friend did this to me. I have also been in a 10 year relationship (and similar to Ariana, have no desire for a wedding or children) so it feels so relatable. The whole conclusion to VPR was bizarre. The treatment of Ariana in the end was disgusting, I have no idea why they felt the audience would side with them. Ariana set boundaries and I have so much respect for that. She is thriving and that's all that matters anyway!
