Unlock UVHM

I'm trying to unlock UVHM5 and therefore I need to replay the Vault Chambers or whatever they're called. At first I need to go through them normally and then Lilith will give me the wild card mission, right ?

Well after the first chamber I played through Lilith's mission and guess what, it didn't register. I did not again...loading into her mission and getting back, but nothing changed. I'll restart my PS5 and try again now. That's seriously bad.
