How safe is it to activate your social medias again?

So, my sextortion happened about three weeks ago. I deactivated/deleted every account the scammer could contact me, and now I’m thinking about reactivating my accounts so they don’t get permanently deleted.
Before reactivating them, I’m planning to change all of my usernames, make my accounts private, hide my contact information, and change my privacy settings so that strangers can’t message me or find me easily.
With all of that in place, do you think I should be okay?
Has anyone else been in a similar situation and reactivated their accounts after a few weeks? How did it go?
