Hi everyone!

I'm recruiting for Beliani, an international e-commerce company, and we're currently looking for a native Slovenian speaker to join our Customer Service team.

This is a full-time position and can be remote (within Poland) or based in our office in Szczecin.

What you'll do

• Help Slovenian customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Answer questions about orders and products.
• Process orders and coordinate deliveries.
• Work with other teams to solve customer issues.

What we're looking for

• Native or fluent Slovenian (C1+)
• English at least B1
• Good communication skills
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Customer service experience is a plus, but it's not required—we provide full training.
