Lore has prevailed

Lore has prevailed

It has been an honor taking part in this election and though it has been tough the lore droppers are honoured to have won this election against all odds. Firstly, I'd like to thank u/TillZealousideal8282 for setting this election up and keeping us entertained during post GCSE Summer. Secondly, I'd like to thank my advisor u/Training_Cry7107 for motivating me to join the election and making the lore droppers reality, he is truly the skeleton of the lore droppers. And ofc a special thank you goes out to the other parties for being worthy competition throughout the election (especially u/Challenger_Ultimate's Rubicon mango empire and u/CrystalDav311's GSBV who my auto correct is still convinced is HSBC)

Now that we've gotten through the main thank yous, I would also like to thank all the lore droppers' endorsers that have made our dream a reality. A special shout out to u/Key_Reaction_8666 for the cool hand drawn posters she's made and a shout out to u/Something-Somewhere_ for that incredibly cool lore droppers animation. And Generally thank you to everyone that has made this happen!

Now we have to choose a cabinet but I don't think that choosing a select number of users is fair and I believe that the lore droppers' cabinet r the users that make up r/GCSE. We will not rule the sub by treating it as a dictatorship since at the end of the day the mods are the rulers of the sub.

But we will be making good on our promises so make sure to drop any lore you've got or rant about anything using the "lore/rant" Flair that our esteemed mods are currently in the process of adding. The only rules are to ensure that r/GCSE remains a fun, unserious and respectful place for GCSE students! Also, make sure to join the cake competition hosted by u/very-very-confused (only if you want ofc) as it is a fun and exciting opportunity sponsored by the lore droppers. And our promise of dropping study tips/resources is ofc still viable so check our r/StudyGroup4GCSEs
