I need my measurements for a tux / tailor recommendations please

I am part of a wedding happening out of state in October. I was told to get my measurements now (here in Boston), send the measurements to the groom, and then the tux will be ready for me to pick up on-location when I travel for the wedding in the fall.

What is a tailor/store you would recommend for something this simple?

I booked a 60-minute "Custom Fitting & Style Appointment" at the Indochino in Seaport, but now I'm wondering if that is going to be overkill since I literally just need my measurements taken and written down for me, i.e., I don't need to be trying on or fitting any garments.

Any recommendations would be appreciated !
