How to apply for jobs off campus

We dont know which company will come and which doesn't but there is a restriction. I think I won't be getting an internship in the campus drive . I have no tech skills but some good pors. But the thing is I don't know how to apply for internships off campus. Koi ye mat batana ki LinkedIn mein apply karo kuch nahi hota hai easy apply se. Tell me the way to apply for consultancy jobs if you have got one or know someone jisko off campus consultancy role mila hai. Please help me🙏🏻
