Difference between feedback and a scratchy nib?

I'm used to really smooth nibs usually, I just got an ADMOK M800 with a bock nib, it feels scratchy but the ink flows well enough, so I'm not sure if this is what people refer to as feedback since I've never experienced it before.

How can I discern the cause of this feeling?
