how have no 2025 prestige skins come back yet?

i really want the prestige spirit blossom aphelios skin, and now that it has been a year since it released, according to riot it should be in the random rotation pool. however, i noticed that not a single 2025 mythic skin has returned, despite 7 of them now being over a year old. either this is an coincidence and its just extremely unlucky that none of them have been picked, or riot isnt adding the 2025 skins to the pool, does anyone know?
