North York /Scarborough Power Outtage

Anyone else getting power outages for about a second and then power is restored around 8am - 8:30am?

Past 2-3 days I experienced where all the power resets at 8:30am roughly . I live in a condo so I thought maybe it was just my building doing testing but there's no posting about it. I asked my friend at Leslie and eglinton she always has the same issue for 3 days in her condo.
